Refunds are handled according to the booking and cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved where:
- A cancellation falls within the allowed cancellation period
- A duplicate payment was made
- The property is unable to honour the booking
- A refund is required by law or agreed in writing
Non-refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable:
- Admin fees
- Bank/payment gateway fees
- Late cancellations
- No-shows
- Unused nights due to early departure
- Peak season bookings where stated as non-refundable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
