Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the booking and cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved where:

  • A cancellation falls within the allowed cancellation period
  • A duplicate payment was made
  • The property is unable to honour the booking
  • A refund is required by law or agreed in writing

Non-refundable Items

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Admin fees
  • Bank/payment gateway fees
  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows
  • Unused nights due to early departure
  • Peak season bookings where stated as non-refundable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
